Renewed Integrative Counseling is a Christian-Based practice that implements a holistic and integrative approach to mental health care which fosters emotional, physical, and spiritual health, leading to effective long-term wellness.  Our Compassion Team of highly qualified Licensed Counselors and Life Coaches provide individuals, couples, and families with personalized care to meet their specific needs with the end goal of helping each person build a better quality of life.

Individual Therapy

Therapy is a place for emotional exploration and healing. We will work collaboratively with you to identify current struggles and develop therapeutic goals to overcome them. This becomes our roadmap, and on this journey you will develop coping skills, clarity, awareness, and internal strength.

Every relationship has its strengths as well as its challenges. Our goal as therapists is to help you build on your strengths while giving you the tools to work through the challenges. Regardless of where you are in your current relationship, we can help.

Families often feel as if they are speaking different languages. Navigating family dynamics can be very difficult due to the diversity of perspectives and personalities. We have worked with family members of all ages to strengthen connection and improve communication. We can help families in diffusing power struggles and uncovering vulnerabilities that are blocking compassion.
